We want you to know that we have established procedures for our employees that will allow us to continue to be able to serve our customers. This includes having some of our teams work remotely, so we can help slow the spread of the virus, while doing so in a way that we can still be of service to you.
We have also taken the following steps in order to minimize the spread amongst our teams, in order to maintain proper staffing levels to be there for you:
1) We have expanded our work from home opportunities so that we may continue to service our customers.
2) We continue to enhance our onsite safety procedures, including implementing visitor screening questionnaires.
3) We have reduced travel for our employees.
We would like to assure you that TrueSource remains fully operational, continuing to service all trades and customers while abiding by government and health regulations. We remain committed to helping our customers and affiliates effectively manage through this situation while ensuring the wellness and safety of our employees.
