For those wishing to become an affiliate, click the link at the bottom of the login page, complete the form and return it to the Affiliate Relations department at affiliates@truesource.com or fax it to (866) 745-3061 for review. Our team will contact you with the additional documentation needed to become an active and compliant affiliate in our network.
